Class Booking and Reservations

All classes must be reserved in advance through our booking system. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring that contact details remain current. NRVNA reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule classes or instructors as necessary.

Clients are encouraged to arrive early for scheduled classes. Late arrival may result in denial of entry to ensure the safety of all participants and to minimize disruption to the class.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel their scheduled class reservations at least eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made within eight (8) hours of the scheduled class time will be considered a late cancellation.

Late cancellation fees apply and may vary depending on whether the client holds a membership, class package, or drop-in reservation. Clients acknowledge and agree that applicable late cancellation fees will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled class without canceling within the required cancellation window will be considered a "no-show." No-show fees apply and may vary based on membership or reservation type. Clients may also lose the class credit if failing to appear for a reserved class. Clients acknowledge that failure to attend a reserved class without cancellation may result in automatic charges to the payment method on file.

Waitlist Policy

NRVNA offers waitlists for fully booked classes. Clients who join a waitlist acknowledge that they may be automatically added to a class if space becomes available. If a client is added from the waitlist into a class within the applicable cancellation window, the standard late cancellation and no-show policies apply.

Clients are responsible for monitoring their waitlist status and removing themselves from the waitlist prior to the cancellation window if they are unable to attend.

Membership Billing and Auto-Renewal

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with these Terms. By purchasing a membership, clients authorize NRVNA to automatically charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis.

Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information on file. If a payment method fails, membership access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

Membership Cancellation

Membership cancellations require thirty (30) days written notice via email to info@nrvnastudios.com
. Cancellation requests become effective thirty (30) days after written notice is received. Clients remain responsible for all charges incurred during the notice period.

Failure to provide proper written notice may result in additional billing cycles.

Founders and Promotional Memberships

Promotional or founders-rate memberships may be subject to additional terms. Founders or promotional rates are valid only while membership remains active. If membership is canceled or lapses, promotional pricing may be forfeited and may not be reinstated.

NRVNA reserves the right to modify promotional offerings at its discretion.

Late Payments and Failed Charges

Clients are responsible for ensuring that valid payment information remains on file. If payment fails or is declined, access to Services may be suspended until payment is resolved. NRVNA reserves the right to retry failed payments and charge outstanding balances.

Studio Policies

Grip socks are required for participation in all classes, including reformer and mat classes. Mat towels are required for participation in mat-based classes. Clients who fail to comply with required equipment policies may be denied participation.

NRVNA reserves the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with studio policies or who behaves in a manner that disrupts the safety or experience of others.

Heated Classes and Temperature Conditions

NRVNA offers classes conducted in heated environments using infrared heating panels. Heated class temperatures may vary depending on class format and may range from lightly heated temperatures of approximately 75–80 degrees Fahrenheit to heated class environments reaching temperatures up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Participation in heated classes is voluntary and may involve increased physical exertion and heat exposure. Clients acknowledge that participation in heated environments carries inherent risks, including dehydration, overheating, dizziness, and other health-related risks.

Clients are encouraged to hydrate appropriately, monitor their physical condition, and exit the room if discomfort occurs.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional prior to participating in any fitness or wellness program. Clients agree to inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to participation.

Participation in any class is undertaken voluntarily and at the client’s own risk. Clients who are pregnant or who have medical conditions should seek medical clearance prior to participating in heated or physically demanding classes.

Age Requirements

Participation in classes is limited to individuals sixteen (16) years of age or older. Clients under the age of eighteen (18) must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver prior to participation. NRVNA reserves the right to require the presence of a parent or guardian when appropriate.

Retail Purchases

Retail merchandise sold by NRVNA, including apparel, accessories, and grip socks, is considered final sale. NRVNA does not offer refunds or exchanges on retail purchases unless required by applicable law.

Personal Property

Clients are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. NRVNA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto studio premises.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRVNA shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in classes, use of studio facilities, or use of Services, except where required by law.

Clients acknowledge that participation in physical exercise programs carries inherent risks and agree to assume all such risks associated with participation.

Clients acknowledge that participation in physical exercise activities, including reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and heated classes, involves inherent risks of injury. By participating in Services, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

Clients agree to release and hold harmless NRVNA Studios LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from liability arising from participation in Services, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Services and Policies

NRVNA reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, policies, pricing, and Services at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.

Termination of Services

NRVNA reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services to any client who violates studio policies, fails to make required payments, or engages in conduct that threatens the safety or well-being of others.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
